If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately. We will first assess the situation and work toward a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement. If all possible solutions have been exhausted, a store credit (voucher) may be issued for exchange toward another item. Refunds are considered as a last option and will only be processed after investigation and mutual agreement, depending on the specific case.
