General terms and Conditions
The customer can choose between two (2) payment options:

1st payment option: 50% upon reservation/order. The remaining balance upon delivery.

2nd payment option: The customer pays the full amount when the product is in stock.

Only online bank transfers are possible via our Vidanova business bank account. We do not accept CASH payments.

The product will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

Orders take approximately 3 to 6 weeks. We are not liable for any delays, including “Acts of God.”

If a payment is not received within 14 days (including weekends and Holidays) after the agreed deadline, the product remains the property of the seller. Any amounts already paid will be forfeited; no refunds will be issued.

After assembly, the customer has 3 days to pick up the product. After this period, a penalty of approximately 15 guilders per day will apply.

No refunds: Cancellation or refunds are not possible after the order has been confirmed.

Transport is not included. If the customer requires transport, we can refer you to an independent transport company (at your own risk).

Installation is included.

Pickup at own risk: The customer is responsible for any damage during pickup/transport. We recommend always bringing two strong individuals for pickup. We do not assist with lifting.

If the customer chooses to pick up the product in its original packaging, we are not responsible for any damage, as the product cannot be accurately inspected.

No cash refunds; you will receive a store credit.

Agreement clause: Once the customer makes a (partial or full) payment, they automatically agree to this payment arrangement and all associated terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions were established on March 1, 2026.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be implemented in this document and published on our website. The most recent version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our website after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms and conditions.
